Payment, Attendance, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

PAYMENT POLICY


To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled. If a written cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fees, regardless of attendance or absence from the event.


Canadian GST and PST are included.

ATTENDANCE POLICY


All attendees are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees in order to attend the event or to watch recordings. 


REFUND POLICY


Credibility Institute reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

 
If Credibility Institute cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund; credited back to the credit card used for payment.

 
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

 

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for the event registration is: 5 days before the event for full refund.

 

No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the  event.
 

Cancellations will be accepted via email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
 

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and transaction number.
 

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for payment.
