Thinking of becoming a Credibility Institute member

PAYMENT POLICY

To secure membership, all fees must be paid in full. The membership starts the same day of the payment and finishes on the 365th day of membership.

A membership renewal email reminder will be sent to members a week prior to the end of their membership.

If you buy from the United States or United Kingdom, you will be charged the Canadian tax of 5%. 

REFUND POLICY

Credibility Institute reserves the right to cancel the membership at all times and will reimburse all members. If Credibility Institute cancels the membership, members will be offered a full refund; credited back to the credit card used for payment.

 
Should circumstances arise that result in a member's request for a refund, the request must be sent to the Credibility Institute with 7 days after the payment date. 

No refunds will be granted if the request is received after this period of 7 days.
 

Refund requests must include the name of the member, the email address used for the transaction, and the transaction number.
 

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for payment.
