Five years ago, when I had the idea to create a business dedicated to innovation in the communication and marketing sectors, I wanted to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in our professional domain. Today, in 2023, the communication sector has made giant steps forward with AI, especially in creating, monitoring, and measuring. But there is still a lot to do, certainly in evaluation, in informed decision-making, and issue management. It is in these restless waters that the Credibility Institute team has been navigating with passion for five years now.
Our mission: Shaping the future of PR®
Dear friends, to celebrate our 5th anniversary, I would like to thank our clients and collaborators and to promote business ties, in order to create a global network of professionals who are just as passionate as we are about the management of intangible assets and innovation in PR. That is why it is with great pleasure that we offer you several new features to better equip you and your team. Using our online tools and consulting services, you can make concrete contributions to the success of your business.
When I founded the Credibility Institute in 2018, my goal was to develop a unique approach to research on credibility. Today, credibility has become the business currency. Everyone is concerned and we talk about it everywhere in the media. That's why we recently launched a blog and an online dashboard to provide resources for comms managers.
It is therefore with pride that I announce new features such as free access to our online dashboard (evalution361.com), a blog (quantumcredibility.com), a podcast featuring expert guests, Lunch & Learn events, and a membership offering significant benefits. Also, I invite you to become a member of the Think Tank Reputation Rebellium™, which I founded to support Thought Leadership on reputation. It's free to enroll. Come join the discussion!
You will find below our monthly newsletter presenting all our news! We hope you enjoy this content as much as we enjoyed preparing it.
Credibly,
Stéphane Prud’homme
Founder President

We recommend this book.
For a long time, economists have assumed that we were cold, self-centred, rational decision makers – so-called Homo economicus; the last few decades have shattered this view. The world we live in and the situations we face are of course rich and complex, revealing puzzling aspects of our behaviour. Optimally Irrational argues that our improved understanding of human behaviour shows that apparent 'biases' are good solutions to practical problems – that many of the 'flaws' identified by behavioural economics are actually adaptive solutions.
Page delivers an ambitious overview of the literature in behavioural economics and, through the exposition of these flaws and their meaning, presents a sort of unified theory of behaviouralism, cognitive psychology and evolutionary biology. He gathers theoretical and empirical evidence about the causes of behavioural 'biases' and proposes a big picture of what the discipline means for economics.
